During the week, I’m focused on building my startup and I'm passionate about coaching & cross training—looking forward to bringing my approach around the world. I value peace, authenticity, freedom, justice, and environmental sustainability. Lifelong learning and healthy living are ways of life for me and I’m intentional with nutrition (low fat whole food high fruit vegan) and exercise.

I’m also independent, honest, open-minded, and affectionate. In my free time, I enjoy hanging with friends, preparing raw foods, swimming, running, and reading.
