It is my desire to spend less time on the screens and more time in nature, more time dancing! Here is a recent poem I wrote…
“ It’s time to dance for humanity, dance for freedom, dance for mama earth, dance for love, dance for pain, dance for joy, dance for rememberance, dance because my heart lights up so bright when I do, the whole universe inside and out can see and feel it!!!”
I also love the sea and perhaps have had a past life as a seal, dolphin or mermaid! With that said, I LOVE TO DANCE! Partner dancing, solo dancing, hoop dancing and water dancing! YES to spontaneous co-creation! (Different experience levels of blues fusion, tango, swing, Scottish country, belly, contact improv, hoop, folk, ballet, etc.)
I grew up on a small farm outside of a small town, although I started doing volunteer traveling as a teenager. I prefer traveling in ways that connect more with the people and the land…
I enjoy taking good care of my body, using natural remedies, eating mostly local and organic and exercising regularly. Currently eating mostly paleo/keto.
